Kindergarten & Senior Classes Celebrate New Beginnings
Kindergartners and seniors reflected on the year and looked towards the future at the annual Kindergarten Senior Program on Wednesday, April 23.
Each year, kindergartners are paired with a buddy from the senior class. Throughout the year, they get to know each other through various activities and games including a scavenger hunt around the school. In the spring, family and friends are invited to a special program and reception to recognize these students, celebrate their connection and wish them well with what comes next.
Following the program, visitors were invited to a reception in Price Hall, where kindergartners had one more chance to spend time with their senior buddies before they graduate. Family and friends had the opportunity to wish the students well, whether they’re about to take the next steps on their Barstow journey or begin a new adventure after graduation.
