French Class Speaks Language of Fashion
Middle school French students practiced writing, reading and speaking in a fashion show activity this week.
Students in Mlle. Julie Valluet’s French class all took turns modeling different outfits this week as part of this interactive activity. Each student put an outfit together and wrote a script in French, describing every clothing piece along with their own eye color, hair color and other physical characteristics. Scripts were then handed off to another student to read as the writer modeled the outfit while being filmed in front of a green screen. The class enjoyed getting creative with costumes and props while they practiced reading and speaking clearly in French.
