Third Grade Entrepreneurs Pitch Inventions
Third graders presented Shark Tank style pitches on Monday, May 13 as an entrepreneurship exercise. Each invention was intended to make Barstow a better place.
Inventions included a bungee attachment to keep serving spoons from falling into food, a paint brush cleaning device for art teachers and an attachment that prevents picks from falling into guitars during music classes.
Ms. Bartow, Mrs. Tulp, Mrs. McNickle and Mrs. Kendall gave feedback and negotiated deals as the Barstow Sharks, and family and friends were invited to watch.
