President Search October Update

The President Search web page is now active on the School's website. This page features an archive of search-related communications, starting with President Shane Foster's retirement announcement followed by key aspects of the search, frequently asked questions, the timeline, search committee and advisory committee members. The most recent update is the publication of the opportunity statement and leadership profile. 

 

We are excited to welcome one of our search consultants, Carol Santos, back to campus on Tuesday, Oct. 15. During her visit, we will hold our first advisory committee meeting and Carol will have continued meetings with our senior leadership team. She will also be available to meet with faculty and staff in the afternoon before joining the Barstow community at the Pink Out volleyball game!

 

Following Carol's visit, the search committee will begin reviewing candidate dossiers and conduct the first round of interviews. We have received a significant amount of strong interest in our school, which is a testament to everything Barstow has to offer.
