Turkish Students Get To Know Barstow
One of Barstow's first classroom exchanges with students on our Türkiye campus took place this week. Kindergartners in Istanbul modeled their "All About Me" vests to share with students here.
Barstow-INO students premiered vests that they made featuring their families, favorite foods and hobbies, as they got to know each other. They shared pictures and videos with our kindergarten classes as a way to create a new cultural connections with peers in Kansas City. Barstow students made their versions of the vests in August and modeled them on the "red carpet," as they began to build their classroom community.
