Chess Club Makes its Opening Move
Barstow’s inaugural chess team competed in the 2025 Groundhog Youth Chess Tournament, hosted by the Kansas City Chess Club, on Saturday, Feb. 15.
Over the course of two hours, members won 17 chess matches out of the 36 total that they played.
