Finalist Visits
After months of detailed work and active recruitment, we are set to welcome three finalists for the President of The Barstow School to campus. It is the community's opportunity to speak to, hear from and learn about these tremendous leaders.
They are primed to share their personal biography and their high interest in Barstow. They are also very interested in seeing who Barstow is beyond our website and reputation. In short, their time with us on campus is appropriately dual-sided.
These visits will occur Nov. 11-12, Nov. 14-15 and Nov. 18-19. and will involve fulsome interviews where the candidates will meet with a cross section of every Barstow stakeholder. From students to alumni, to faculty and staff, the ethos of Barstow will be on full display.
At the conclusion of each visit, the community will receive a brief survey. You will be asked to complete the form reasonably soon after the time that you will have spent with the candidate. While the form will not ask you to choose the candidate of your liking, it will ask for feedback that the President Search Committee can use in their deliberations.
